Therapeutic remedial massage may include deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to help people with pain, muscle stiffness and spasm ,and to help improve circulation.

Therapiust, Lou, comes from a background of personal trainer and is a retired fire fighter, she started her massage career in 2013.
