Cardio Sessions
Essential part of self-management of MS. In technical speak, “exercise releases myokines leading to increased IL-10 and regulatory signalling and it activates PGC-1α, driving mitochondrial biogenesis essential for Treg function”. Put simply it, can slow disability worsening.
Available either standing or seated. Sessions are 60 minute long.

Item New to the Centre these sessions will be 60 minutes long and will include a range of activities challenging fine motor skills. They will use a range of small equipment suitable to meet individual needs.
