Pop-Up Art Exhibition & Sale raised £9,519
We are delighted to let you know the results of our Pop-Up Art Exhibition & Sale - we raised a grand total of £9,519.
This is a fantastic result, and we would like to thank all of the sponsors, artists, visitors, volunteer helpers, art team & anyone who supported the event in any way and helped to make it such a success
We had 71 artists taking part, and over 500 visitors over the weekend. We sold 435 pieces of art, including 10 commissions and 288 art cards.
Forty-five school children created wonderful artworks for our schools’ competition and many more entered our children’s competition during the weekend. Six children were presented with prizes, four at their school assembly and two at the MS Therapy Centre.
This event was also important for raising awareness of the MS Therapy Centre, and we think that this was achieved, also with the presence of Bedford hospital radio doing a live broadcast from the exhibition on the Saturday. We are already looking forward to our next Pop-Up Art Exhibition & Sale!
